Would these figures be considered "legal" for non-GW store games/tournaments as imperial guard alternative models?

it's got s useless skull on it where there wouldn't really be one...seems GW enough for me.

That one was painted on... He has big shoulder pads, are his ankles tiny enough for your Warmachine refined tastes? Smile

it's his super-heroic scale hands that are bigger than his head that are throwing me off. But yeah, if you hadn't said he wasn't I'd have assumed he was a GW model.
