Can a noble mounted on a great eagle, join a unit of war hawk riders???

hey if you put a dude on a dragon with the Rhymes harp he can fly through difficult terrian without any trouble thats not to bad!!!

nice way to hide a dragon first turn is to fly him half way across the board and keep him in the woods... hehe
