PostSubject: Hello Everyone   Sun Jan 31, 2010 2:51 am

Hey guys, my name is Seth and I just signed up here. I live a little south of Glen Burnie in Olney. I used to game over at the GW store there, although not so much recently. I also play some over at Dream Wizards in Rockville. I've met a couple of you awhile ago at the bunker, but I expect I am unfamiliar to most everyone. I'd like to come up either this tuesday or the next to meet people and see whats what.

The only army I play is Skaven, but I've been playing them for... since the 6th edition book came out. A long time. I like the look of all the tourny play going on here, it looks like a good time. I want to get involved with regular play a few times a month and start making it out to tournaments in the area.

I'm a competant player, I try to steer clear of powergaming lists but I might need to adjust to play at a tourny level. I've found that a real power list with the new book almost writes itself. You put in two abominations and probably two furnaces on top and your down to a few hundred points! Fit in a storm banner and your core choices, a grey seer if you want magic and your done! I relied on furnaces and abominations for several games when the new book came out, but now I try to do without.

I want to try and make it to the upcoming tourny in NJ, but it's quite a drive. If I do end up going, I need a few practice games in beforehand.

This is already a bit long so hello again and I'll see you tuesday!

Hey Seth
You say you play at Dream Wizards in Rockville, regularly? Is there a big guy (6feet+ over 200 punds) there named Brian? he is an old friend of mine that we used to play 40k and Fantasy together, a LOOOONG time ago.

I know of one off the top of my head, but he may not be the one you are thinking of. Red hair, last name Nygaard? Otherwise check with Gamesmith, he knows more guys up there than I.
