Your phase out number is what like 12? I have to run over a squad in CC, easy to do to necrons and kill the heavy destroyers (which I'd do anyway since they're the only threat in the army) and you're gone...in what, turn 2?

Give your Scarab Swarms distruption fields aswell. They are fast so they will have no problem getting in contact with a vehicle. Also they will get 4 attacks each against it. With that many attacks you mostlikley damage it more than once.

Need more warriors and the night bringer is much better than the deceiver if you can get him in your list instead of him, and immortals are good but high and points and kindof hard to make really useful for their high point cost I would just take more warrors then that unit. Final thing tomb spiders are pretty good to have around as well.

How Would a 3 man squad of wraiths do, a handful of flayed ones instead of the immortals. I agree they're too costly for how little different they are from the normal warriors. adding a tomb spider or 2 is a good addition as you'll be able to disperse your models rather than having each right up next to each other taking ordnance from what seems to be everybody's favorite tank these days, The Baneblade.

Well the thing I always think about necrons is only shooting no combat but some people don't go that way, I just think that with the way that army is so weak in combat why not just take a couple more destoyers and kill the enemy before they get to you or maybe even take another monolith because they are so nasty. I really just don't like the hand to hand aspect of the necron army
