| Hello All,
First off, I am still kinda new to Fantasy. I have played around with a few list before but I finally decided to go with Skaven. I put together a list that sounds good to me. All unites have full command elements ( Standard Bearer, Champion, Musician ), tho I have not added any magic items or banners or such to it yet. Looking for helpful ideas and comments on what I have written up.
Warlord Queek Headtaker Grey Seer w/ Screeming Bell Deathmaster Snikch Plague Priest ( level 2 wizard ) w/ Plague Furnace
40 Stormvermin w/ Halberds and Shields 40 Stormvermin w/ Halberds and Shields 40 Clan Rats w/ Spears and Shields 40 Clan Rats w/ Spears and Shields
4 Rat Ogres w/ Skweel Gnawtooth 3 Warplock Jezzails w/ 1 Sharpshooter 3 Warplock Jezzails w/ 1 Sharpshooter 20 Plague Monks
Doom Wheel Doom Wheel Plagueclaw Catapult
Total 3321 pts. |

| big list - i think you should focus on a 2250 and 3000 point list. 2500 and 2999 are also good ideas. I'd bring at least 5 jezzails per unit or wouldn't bring em at all (I run units of 10). I think you have too many CR and would be better off with another unit of Plague monks. You need 2 units of Plague censors in there too ... ooooo skaven, you have so many choices now. I just don't see 80 CR doing much for their points. if you want redirecting units grab some slaves. |

| Well I was not writing a list for anything in particular, just writing up what I would want and asides from more Stormvermin, I didn't know what to take as another core. I was playing around with the idea of Queek, two doomwheels and stormvermin... |

| slaves are great. nobody wants to waste time shooting at them, they can march right up in front of units, flee or lose combat and flee and other skaven units don't take panic tests from them! This allows you to move your enemy around, setup flanks, dual charges, etc.. I think 2-3 units of slaves are great. Worst case they can always hold or contest a table corner, and they're CHEAP |

Hell pit thats all i have to say. drop the doom wheels and take a hell pit he is amazing, and will almost always make up his points. thank you ladys and gental fulk that is all. _________________ Nicholas A Walters AKA Scooter Glen Burnie BAttle bunker Councle

| Need a few more jezzails, a gobladier mortor would be nice and i agree with scooter you def need a hell pit in your list. also remember that units of anything over 25 men deep is hard to move around. You have a large flank and its hard to turn and fit into places that you need your units to go to. I would make your units maybe 30 stormvermin at most but 40 is just way to big. It will be hard not to get flanked with units that large. |

| For Your Screamming bell I'd highly recommend a 40 strong unit of stormvermin with a doom flayer weapon team. put two reggies of 30 strong slaves on the sides to take the force of the sides. A unit of 5 - 10 strong globadiers behind each of the slaves to launch into their combat with atleast 10 jezzails behind it all. And yes . . . you must toss in an abomination to deliver that final blow to say just about any regiment |
